Before you email
Several questions come up often enough that we have already answered them on the site:
- A tool is not returning a result. Most tools need one required field before they calculate — check the highlighted input, then reload the page. Everything runs locally, so clearing your browser cache fixes most stuck states.
- Where is my data stored? Nowhere on our side. Answers, resumes and job descriptions stay in your browser; see the Privacy Policy for the full list of local storage keys.
- Something looks wrong or out of date. Send the page URL and the exact sentence or number. Corrections are reviewed and published with an updated date.
What happens next
Messages are read in order and answered within two business days. If you are writing about a legal or pay question, include your country or state so we can point you at the right official source — we cannot give legal advice, but we can tell you where the rule is published.
